A viral video showing Romanian airport police forcefully dragging an Egyptian man in front of his wife and son off a Romanian Tarom airlines plane. In the viral video shared of one of the passenger in Facebook, it can be seen security forcefully tugging the Egyptian man out of his seat as he tries to resist.
The altercation took place between the plane's crew and the Moroccan wife, as she placed a bag on the emergency exit. The family was going to France from Egypt, and the plane had a stopped over in Bucharest.
One of the flight attendant asked her to remove her handbag as it wasn't supposed be kept near the emergency exit. However, it seems the wife has failed to understand the emergency exit regulations, then the situation changed from dialogue to quarrel with the family, which led to the interference of airport security.
The airport security was forced to get the family out from the plane. Other travelers have been able to record the incident which went viral. A senior member of the family can be seen in a chokehold by police. Egyptian and Morrocan authorities are currently investigating the incident.
