Sometimes they're children in the community, sometimes they're students, sometimes they're police officers. The yellow and blue ribbons signifies this collective effort, intertwined, dynamic, and unifying the individual contribution into one seamless piece," Joan Honoridez, the group's founder said as quoted from Ultra Media Ph Facebook.
