San Miguel Beermen regain game 4 against TNT Ka Tropa, 106-101on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at the Araneta Coliseum, taking them to 2-2 standing of the 2019 PBA Commissioner's Cup.

The Beermen outplayed the Ka Tropa down the stretch to tie the in game 4.Chris McCullough came up and never get intimidated by TNT best import awardee Terrence Jones. McCullough created a huge 27 points and 22 rebounds, Fajardo shared 25 points, and Alex Cabagnot makes 22 points.
TNT's Terrence Jones who was awarded best Import prior of the Game 4, had 32 points, 16 rebounds while Troy Rosarion added 24 points and 8 rebounds.
