Fans all over the world went into a bit frenzy as they welcome Jennifer Aniston in her arrival to social media platform Instagram. Posting the first ever photograph showing the reunion selfie with friends, the announcement has quickly spread online, and a rapid breakthrough that sets a new record for the fastest time to reach one million followers in just 5 hours and 16 minutes, according to the Guinness World Records.
As of the posting, her first photo with a circle of friends earned more than 12 million likes in just two days.
"And now we're Instagram 'Friends' too. Hi Instagram," the actress wrote.
The 50-year-old comedy star posted her second update in a clip, showing her 'The Morning Show' team standing besides her, looking attentively to her as she furiously slammed a phone on a table.
"I swear I didn't mean to break it... Thanks you guys for the kind, glitchy welcome," she wrote.
Some of the stars also showed their excitement as they welcome her in the social media platform, with Ellen Degeneres theellenshow account posting "i'm so glad they're still there for you," referring to friends. Kate Hudson also wrote: "Whoa girl!!!! Here we go!"
Aniston broke the record of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle who launched @sussexroyal in April this year and reached one million followers in five hours and 45 minutes.
