Shocking brawl occured seconds away from a season-changing win when Myles Garrett ripped the helmet off Pittsburgh quarterback Mason Rudolph's and used to hit him in the head.
Garrett's outburst came with 8 seconds left 21-7 win by Cleveland over the rival Steelar on Thursday night.
