After its brakes failed, public jeepney full of students aboard rammed into an apartment in Calaanan, Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City on Friday afternoon.
Witnesses said, the jeepney was coming from Uptown and heading towards Canitoan along Macapagal Drive when it allegedly lost breaks, hitting a parked vehicles.
Horrified students aboard were seen shouting and panic before it finally crashed the apartment building. Injured students passengers from Merry Child School in Iponan were directly rushed to the nearest hospital.
