Java Pension House Fire killed six in Bacolod City

The Java Pension House, formerly known as Bascon Hotel was caught on fire early morning on Tuesday, November 26 around 5AM. Firefighters and rescuers respond immediately, while other guests were rushed to the nearest hospital.

 Six people were confirmed dead including the owner of the hotel identified as Christopher Java, his 12-year-old son Miguel Java, mother Magdalena Java, Ronalyn Dacallo, and two others who was still to identify.

Sportsman and businessman Oscar "Dodong" Bascon, the former owner appears emotional as he visited the Java Inn Pension House that was gutted by a fire.

 Police and fire investigators are still looking for a cause of the fire.
