"Sorry, but for the general public's health & safety due to the COVID-19 situation, the Lubao International Balloon & Music Festival 2020 is cancelled this year," Lubao IBMF Facebook announcement read.

It was originally set to happen on April 3 to 5 at Pradera Verde in Lubao, but due to the public safety against novel coronavirus outbreak the organizer decided to cancelled the event.
In a statement posted on their Facebook page on February 22, they explained that the safety and comfort of their guests has been always their priority.
“It is for this reason, and in light of the recent health concerns surrounding the COVID-19, that we have reached the decision to cancel the event on April 3, 4, and 5,” they said.
