It's going to be a toughest decision for this mother to whom she will give her other kidney, if she will make a choice between her two sons to stay them alive.
Heartbroken mom Lian Ronghua was pictured in tears as she was preparing into the operating room, after choosing the younger son, Li haisong, 24. Her husband's kidneys passed the test however, he couldn't be a donor for his children because of his high blood pressure.
Li Haiqing, 26, an aspiring doctor chose to sacrifice his own life as he urged his mom to save his sibling according to the report by The People's Daily Online, saying: "We will save little brother first."
Before the surgery Ronghua cried and said:
"I only have one kidney and I can only save one son, no matter who I give it to it's unfair."
On their way to the operating theater, Ronghua is lifted to her bed by sick son haiquing (second left) and husband Li Xuikai (second right).
The eight-hour transplant operation was successful but the family is still hoping for another kidney for the other son.

Haiqing has resigned from his job thought that he doesn't have a long time to live. His father Li Xiukai said they might not be able to afford a second operation if a suitable donor is found for his son Haiqing.
