Pasig City mayor Vico Sotto's recent interview with the Foreign Correspondents Association of the Philippines (FOCAP) went viral. On April 21, while the mayor was in the middle of his discussion, a sudden flash of a photo somehow interrupted him.
The incident happened during an hour-long interview about the Pasig city's preparations in handling the coronavirus pandemic, which was also streamed on FOCAP's Facebook Live.
