A footage that shows businessman Francis Leo Marcos, whose real name is Norman Mangusin behind bars are circulating online as the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) prepared for more charges against him.
Previously, the controversial online personality was arrested due to a violation of optometry law. After the news broke out, additional charges were filed against him such as violating the Passport Law, Estafa, concealment of true name and human trafficking.
Marcos is known for his online "Mayaman Challenge," where he accused the rich of failing to help the poor during this pandemic.
NBI chief revealed during an interview with Erwin Tulfo that the properties which was shown in most of his video doesn't belong to Marcos.
