NBI chief of Cybercrime Division, Vic Lorenzo during an interview with Erwin Tulfo answered several questions that you might know about Norman Mangusin or known to many as Francis Leo Marcos.
The NBI chief revealed that Francis Leo Marcos was still on their custody as additional charges were filed against him. Aside from the alleged violation of the optometry law, he might also faced charged under the violation of the Passport Law after he claimed that he was using two passport.
When further asked about Marcos' properties and businesses, Lorenzo said that Mr. Marcos couldn't show one of the permits for his alleged businesses. The NBI chief even said that the house in Green Medows and some of his luxury cars doesn't belong to Marcos.
