While there are certainly many famous personality who prefer to dwell in a mansions or luxury residences, it might come as a shock to find out that not every celebrity is like that.
Andi Eigenmann has no regret on her decision to leave her lavish lifestyle and move to the island where she called home.

On her realization about living in the island with her partner Philmar Alipayos, she posted on their Facebook page a life where she truly belong.
Eigenmann hasn't always lived like this.
In her earlier life she lived in her booming showbiz career.
"Na-realize ko lang na itong lugar na 'to, dito ako nababagay. I sold everything that I felt was an idea of luxury that I didn't need. I don't own cars, any designer clothes, bags - lahat ng mga pang-artistang 'yan, makeup, lahat 'yan wala na. Kahit mga kasama sa bahay, yaya, driver, wala na lahat," she wrote.
The actress, who is currently based in Siargao, constantly documents her life as a mom with her husband Philmar, the first Champion of the Philippines Surfing Championship Tour men's Division in 2017.
Andi says fighting for love turned out to be one of the best decisions she's ever made. “It was a search for happiness. It was trying to figure out where and what I should do to be happy,” she continued. “It was because of me being brave to love that I found the happiness that I have now, so if you don’t do that, you’ll never know.”
