Another good news for Gapan, Nueva Ecija residents!
Gapan City Mayor, Emerson "Emeng" Pascual has announced on a Facebook page that the city government will install in each household a reliable internet connection, with speeds of up to 5 Mbps and it will cost only P50 a month.
The project is line with the Department of Education announcement on virtual education to be used as a mode of learning method during this health crisis.
On a live video post on Facebook, June 1, Mayor Emeng acknowledge the challenged that his constituents would faced for online learning, since, about 10% of the households in the city have the access in the internet.
The implementation will start in June:
“All houses will have internet connection in the city of Gapan,” the mayor said.
