Dimples Romana nominated as juror for International EMMY Awards

The Kapamilya actress Dimples Romana has been chosen as one of the juror of the famous International Emmy Awards. The International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences has invited the actress to help for judging the event, the actress said in an Instagram post.

"Today was a magical day I was invited by the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences to be a juror for the iEMMYs," she wrote.

"The International Emmy Award is given to recognize the best television programs initially produced and aired outside the United States. And to be alongside these amazing industry partners is quite humbling. PILIPINAS and Kapamilya Represent," she added.

Due to various Covid-19 related circumstances around the world, most semi-final round of judging events will be hosted online for the first time.

The 48th International Emmy Award Nominees will be announced late September and awards will be presented on November 23.
