Mark Villar, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019.
"I regret to announce that today, July 15, I received my test result and it is positive for COVID-19," Secretary Mark Villar said in a post.
Villar, became the third cabinet official in Duterte's administration to have contracted with the disease. He didn't give any information about his condition or any measures he was doing while on recovery.
