This Japanese smart face mask can translate your voice into nine languages

Donut Robotics, a Japanese startup is developing a smart face mask called C-Mask. This face mask could served two purpose, to protect you from the virus and could be your mask translator. 




C-Mask has the ability to translate your words into Japanese, English, French, Korean, Thai, Bahasa, Spanish and Vietnamese. It also help amplify the user's voice, make calls and note a meeting's minute.

“We worked hard for years to develop a robot and we have used that technology to create a product that responds to how the coronavirus has reshaped society,” Chief Executive of Donut Robotics, Taisuke Ono, told Reuters Japan.

The c-mask, which will cost $40 per piece, will start its first 5,000 shipment in Japan by September. The company also plans to share the product in other potential markets such as China, Europe, and the United States.
