The Facebook page "Pinoy Abroad Tambayan" uploaded the video. What is clear is that this group of young people are violating the social distancing since the place still under the quarantine protocols.
Most of these joggers can be seen not wearing masks and disobey the national health protocols implemented during the coronavirus pandemic.
