Mayor Abby Binay is grateful to see one of her constituents started his food cart business from the money he received from Makatulong 5K pesos program of Makati city.
My Makati Facebook page posted a photo of Mario Lutang showing her humble food cart with a word written in caps lock "KATAS NG MAKATULONG."
"Saludo ako sa'yo, Mario Lutang ng Brgy. Valenzuela. Nagawa mong palaguin ang P5K na iyong natanggap mula sa Makatulong 5k," Mayor Abby said on a separate Facebook post.
The city of Makati have shell out P2.7- billion financial aid which benefits 500,000 Makati residents.
