Disappointed netizen shared a disturbing image of the newly installed hand washing station which supposed to be served as the first line of defense to combat the prevailing coronavirus disease in Rosario, Batangas.
"Galing ng Pilipino iwagayway," frustrated netizen said in a post.
Annual flooding and devastating typhoons have shown that the waste we throw away has the nasty habit of coming back like a boomerang.
The post which has since garnered over 7K shares and more than 4K emotions pushed other people to leave their reactions over the awful sighting.
