Liza Soberano files formal criminal case against the netizens who made rape remark on social media. She was accompanied by her manager Ogie Diaz and her legal counsel.
" 'Rape joke' shouldn't be taken lightly - 'I was really upset, because the fact that it's a rape joke it's not something that should be taken lightly, and the fact that she's a woman, I would never in a million years do a joke like that," Soberano said as quoted on MJ Felipe's report.
Recently, Liza Soberano assured her fans that she will take action with the employees of a telecommunication firm who allegedly uttered rape jokes about her saying, "Don't worry we won't let this one pass. They know my address."
She made this reply last Sunday in response to a tweet of her fan who criticized and identified the employees.
