It's very clear as coronavirus continues to spread it doesn't care who you are. As of October 24, Saturday, the Department of Health reported a total number of COVID-19 cases in Philippines has reached a total of 367,819 with 313,112 recoveries.
Among the celebrity who've recently tested positive for COVID-19 is Alex Gonzaga, her fiancé Mikee Morada, parents and other household member.
The TV host-actress who have survived the virus shared her journey which she documented during a home isolation.
"As a family of positivity 3 weeks ago, Magaling na po kami lahat ‘wag po kayo mag-alala. At nahawa lang po kami ng isa sa kasamahan namin and my parents have been very careful all this time kaya nalungkot lang ako," she said in her Instagram post.
She also revealed in her latest vlog that she's not showing up in her newest TV show on TV5 due to this ordeal.
“Hindi ako nagpapakita sa show for two weeks, it’s because nagka-COVID po ako and thank God ako ay naka-survive. Actually, the whole family nagkaroon po ng outbreak dito sa aming bahay,” said Alex on her latest vlog.
It also hampered all her plans for their wedding which supposed to happen this October. But despite what happened Alex said she's still grateful that all of them has survived COVID-19.
