Assunta de Rossi has revealed the meaning behind the name of her newborn daughter with Jules Ledesma.
Assunta took to her Instagram account and shared the photo of baby Fiore. But behind this unique nickname 'Fiore' which means flower for Italian is her real name composed of three names as a tribute to the couple's family members who greatly impacted their lives.
She named her daughter Giulia Fiorentina Alessandra de Rossi Ledesma. Assunta has since broken down each name of their daughter's name in an Instagram post.
"GIULIA- Just like how you pronounce Julia (sorry, no letter J in the Italian alphabet.😅) as a tribute to her paternal great-grandfather, Don Julio.
"FIORENTINA- as a tribute to her paternal great-grandmother, Doña Florentina aka lola Puring (lola’s name is the Spanish version).
"ALESSANDRA- as a tribute to my sister and our lola Alejandra aka Inang. Plus, I like its meaning, defender/protector," Assunta said.

Assunta de Rossi, 37, is now officially a mom after almost 20 years of long wait. The news broke out on Friday, October 23, after her sister Alessandra shared the good news with the first photo of the mother and daughter.
Assunta confirmed her pregnancy in March, describing the difficulties of being pregnant while having myoma and endometriosis.
