BLACKPINK's "Lovesick Girls" breaks record with the fastest MV to hit 10 million views

 K-pop girl group Blackpink has just premiered their much-awaited first full-length studio album, alongside the music video for their new single Lovesick Girls on Friday, October 2. 




The music video was quick to gain viewers as it surpassed over 10 million views in less than an hour. Sending "Lovesick Girls" the fastest Korean girl group music video to reach 10 million views on YouTube, according to Korean entertainment news site Soompi.



"Lovesick Girls" comes after the previously released "Ice Cream" featuring American pop star Selena Gomez and How You Like That.


Blackpink's members Jisoo, Jennie, Rose and Lisa were scene on the chorus, "We are the lovesick girls," which thought to be a heartbreak song in their own way.


The album also includes Pretty Savage, Love To Hate Me, Crazy Over You, You Never Know, and a collaboration with Cardi B's "Bet You Wanna."



What's more about to these girls? On October 14th, Netflix will premiere the group documentary "Light Up the Sky," their rise to fame story with their interviews alongside footage from their humble beginnings.
