The devastation from typhoon Ulysses in the Philippines especially in Luzon caused catastrophic damage. The storm have brought tremendously powerful winds and massive flooding in eastern Metro Manila and neighboring Rizal.
While many residents in the areas that has left their cars submerged into a deep floodwaters, this man from Cainta who's also affected by flood luckily saved his Mitsubishi Xpander by keeping his car float.
This tarp protect his car from flood while the water continue to rise in the area. He covered his car with a tarp underneath up to its body and fasten it with strings to ensure the cover in upright position to avoid the water from coming in. Luckily, it works.
