It's no doubt that while most of the parents were teaching their children for their learning modules, they also thinking of their food to feed their family.

To ensure a worry free learning environment between parents and children, the school gave them a free fresh vegetables in exchange of their efforts, the program that was supported by Sagay City EZNHS, in partnership with the city government.

When a parent returns a module, the school will give Fresh Veggies from the school's "Gulayan sa Eskwelahan".

It is their way to motivate parents to help their children comply with their Self-Learning Modules (SLM) and to continue to enjoy learning at home.

The "Gulayan sa Eskwelahan" program started last April, after the school was able to get the approval from the city government to convert the 5,000 square-meter lot inside the school into a vast vegetable garden.

The Gulayan sa Eskwelahan is also maintained by the parents of the school under it's adopt-a-school Gulayan amidst this pandemic.
