Actress Nadine Lustre is being sued by her former talent management Viva Entertainment, claims Lustre remained its exclusive artist until 2029.
According to a report from ABS-CBN reporter MJ Felipe, Viva filed a lawsuit before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court, 'seeks to stop Lustre from "continuously violating" her agency and management contract with VAA.
BREAKING NEWS: Viva Artists Agency filed a lawsuit against Nadine Lustre before QCRTC earlier today. According to a statement sent by Viva, the lawsuit was filed because early this year, Nadine violated her valid and existing 'agency and management contract'. (1)

VAA counsel Atty. Chino Roxas said: "Me. Lustre should honor & respect the sanctity of contracts & that third parties are put on notice that any direct dealings w/ Ms. Lustre for her services as a performing artist or endorser shall be in violation of Ms. Lustre’s contract w/ VAA."

It was in January 27, when Nadine Lustre's lawyer Atty. Lorna Kapunan issued a statement that Nadine was no longer a talent of Viva Artists Agency, the talent arm of Viva Entertainment Incorporated.
However, the talent agency opposed saying Lustre still remains an exclusive artist of the agency. Viva forewarned that any dealings entered into by Lustre without the consent or approval of the former constitutes a breach of contract.
