Seven-year-old girl is world's youngest weight lifter that can deadlift 80kg

Meet the 7-year-old girl that can deadlift 80 kg. and we are in awe! At her very young age, a schoolgirl Rory van Ulft is already making a name for herself in the world of weight lifting sports.

Dubbed as the "strongest girl in the world," Rory was able to deadlift 80kg using an Olympic women's bar. She started her rigid training two years ago after her fifth birthday after she was scouted at a gymnastic class.

At her very young age, Canada-based Rory was crowned USA weightlifting under-11 and under-13 Youth National Champion in 30kg weight class. She is the youngest US youth national champion in history.

"Based on her current Sinclair total, Rory is not only the strongest seven-year-old in the world. She is likely also the strongest seven-year-old girl or boy who ever lived, for whom there are verifiable competition results," the proud dad said.

Aside from weightlifting, Rory also loves gymnastics and dedicates at least 9 hours a week for training, while she does weightlifting training 4 hours per week.
