Senator Manny Paquiao offers P500K reward over Christine Dacera's death

Senator Manny Pacquiao on Tuesday announced that he is offering a P500,000 reward for anyone who could give information or apprehend the perpetrators behind the alleged rape-slay of flight attendant Christine Angelica Dacera.

The 23-year-old Dacera, who hails from General Santos City, was found unconscious in a bathtub on January 1, 2021, inside a hotel room in Makati City. She was rushed to the hospital where she was declared dead.

In a radio interview, Pacquiao said “Kailangan mabigyan ng hustisya at mahuli lahat ng mga gumawa nyan.”

Last scene captured on CCTV camera of the hotel before Christine Dacera was found dead in a bathtub.

Such heinous crime is the reason why Pacquiao wants the reimposition of the Death Penalty.

Pacquiao, also a native of GenSan, admits he knows the Dacera family and has once met Christine. “Kilala ko yan,” he said.

He described Christine as “dedicated” and “hardworking” whose dream is to help her parents “umasenso sa buhay.”

He is calling on the suspects to surrender.

He vowed “sa abot ng ating makakaya” and with his “connection” to help solve the alleged rape-slay of Dacera.
