Butuan City resident was forced to burn the remains of his son because they don't have money for his burial, according to Unang Balita report.
The poor father Rolando Casipong decided to torch his son Romy Casipong's remains with the help of his wife. The incident was brought to the attention of authorities after their two other children reported, but decided not to file charges against their parents because of his touching explanation.

Romy has died of unknown illness at the aged of 24. In the Philippines where mostly Christian population dictates tradition called a wake or 'lamay' should be held for several days before the dead are buried or cremated.
