Liza Soberano, who's very vocal about mental health issue says 'No' to the poster published for Viva's upcoming movie, Tililing, directed by Darryl Yap.
The controversial poster released last weekend showing Baron Geisler, Gina Pareño, Chad Kinis, Donnalyn Bartolome, Candy Pangilinan, and Yumi Lacsamana with their tongues out has sparked online debate after actress Liza Soberano slammed the poster.
"Really hoping that this movie will spread awareness and enlighten us on the struggles of dealing with mental health. But the poster? It’s a no for me. Mental health is NOT a joke. Stop the stigma," said Liza.

Driven by the poster along with the caption: "may sayad, may sapak, may saltik, may topak, may tama, may pitik lahat tayo ay baliw, sira-ulo at praning lahat tayo ay may TILILING," became the talk of the Internet with the divided sentiments from netizens.
One comment says, "Ms. Candy Pangilinan has a son with autism. I'm sure she wouldn't involve herself in a movie w/c would mock persons with mental health disability."
For those of you who don't know, Liza is a BS Psychology student. So she sure knows what she's saying 😌

Liza is talking about the movie poster because those person with mental health disability sure don't look like that. Liza didn't say anything about the movie no one haven't seen it yet. Even tho they didn't mean to mock those persons with mental health disability they did. :)

As somebody who's been diagnosed with clinical depression before, this movie, "Tililing" is triggering and insulting just by looking on the poster alone. Look at my profile pic- that was me when I was suffering from depression. Far from the faces they are depicting here. 😢 pic.twitter.com/al4pen1AiO

Meanwhile, others came to defend the poster.
'Di ba we don't judge easily since the title and poster are very partial lang sa totality ng movie. Hayaan muna natin ang malayang pelikula. I think hindi naman gusto ng director i-subject for fun ang may mga mental health conditions. Since poster pa lang naman edi abang muna.
