A video clip of the alleged kidnapping to investment scheme brains Patrocenio Calvez Chiyuto or Don Chiyuto have surfaced online at his house in Las Pinas, Metro Manila, according to the Daily Guardian Facebook post.
It can be seen several people coming in and out of the house, and in the part where the video was about to end, a man in white shirt was carried by four men holding his arms and legs. They brought them inside the house.
The post said that the PNP have arrested six suspects, while several others remain at large.
Recently, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) revoked the certificate of incorporation of Chiyuto Creative Wealth Documentation Facilities Service for its unlicensed investment scheme.
Penalties were imposed against Chiyuto and sole stockholder Patrocenio Calvez Chiyuto, Jr. by the SEC Enforcement and Investor Protection Department with a total fees amounted to P9 million.
"Chiyuto’s activities further constitute serious misrepresentation as to what it can do to the great prejudice of or damage to the general public, which is a ground for the revocation of a corporation’s certificate of registration under Presidential Decree No. 902-A," the SEC’s department said in a statement.
