The Department Education (DepEd) announced on their official Facebook page the Pre-registration for the school year 2021-2022 will run from March 26 to April 30.
Those incoming kindergarten, grades 1, 7, and 11 in public elementary and secondary school are encourage to register early.
However, to those "Grades 2-6, 8-10, and 12 are considered pre-registered and will not need to participate in the early registration," the Facebook post read.
Areas in General Community Quarantine (GCQ) like Manila, early registration will be done remotely, DepEd said.
Meanwhile, in areas under the Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ), "in-person registration through parents or guardian may be allowed provided physical distancing and health and safety protocols are strictly observed," it added.
