Believe it or not, Dionne Monsanto who got married in Switzerland earlier this month with Ryan Stalder revealed she only spent P300 on her wedding gown!
While many bride spent more than a thousands of pesos to achieve their wedding gown, Monsanto on the other hand said that she "realize more and more that things are just things."
"That I don't need a lot to be happy," she explained on her Instagram post.
"That love & respect from people I love are more important than any material possession," she added.
"The bottom part of my dress is my something old. It was a thoughtful gift from my sister a year ago. The corset top is something I bought from an online shop in the Philippines for less than Php 300."
Last month, Monsanto announced her retirement from the showbiz while guesting on "Magandang Buhay".
"I want to say thank you so much. This is my last guesting 'cause I'm retiring. I am already retired," she said. Her last project was "Hello, Stranger".
