Abena Appiah of the United States was crowned Miss Grand International 2020 on Saturday, March 27. However, Samantha Bernardo was named Miss Grand International's first runner-up.
Following Bernardo was Miss Grand Guatemala as 2nd runner up, Miss Grand Indonesia as 3rd runner up, and Miss Grand Brazil as the 4th runner up.
63 candidates competed in this year's pageant held in Bangkok, Thailand.
