Personnel of the Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) rescued two toddlers who was left alone in a totally closed car along Kauswagan Junsction in Cagayan de Oro City, Wednesday, March 10.
According to the initial report, the kids were allegedly inside a car around 30-minutes before the authorities arrived.
Rescuers decided to smash the car window to take the children out. Then, their parents arrived shortly after.
