Men with disabilities conquers Philippines highest peak in Mt. Apo

 A male student who was born without a right leg and a man who has no legs at all has achieved their lifelong ambition of reaching the summit of Mount Apo, the Philippines' highest peak.





Strapped to the back of a friend, 24-year-old Niño Galvez was carried to the summit last month despite of not having both legs and right arm.





"The feeling were very intense, i did not expect that I could climb Mount Apo," he said. He thanked his friends for the awesome experienced.

Meanwhile, Angelou Revilla, 17, also said he couldn't ever imagine that he could reached the summit of the highest peak of Mt. Apo. But with the help of his friends he was able to climb on April 10 to 12 in Bansalan town, Davao del Sur. 







With approximate elevation of more than 2,900 meters above sea level, scaling Mt. Apo, is not for the faint-hearted. According to Revilla, there was a time that he experienced cramps but he's determined to climbed the peak so he neglect many pains.

He felt proud and overjoyed after long hours climbing and despite the difficulties he was able to reach the peak. There achievement drew the attention of many netizens in social media who congratulated them both.
