The award winning singer and songwriter H.E.R. personally invited Ben&Ben for a collaboration to do a music someday, and it's a big YES to the fans of both artists with the same Filipino roots.
The Filipino-American singer during an interview on 24 Oras together with the OPM band Ben&Ben was quick to say and extended her invitation to the group to do a collaboration song someday.
"I'm so happy to be speaking with you, guys. Maybe we gotta collaborate on something. I gotta hear some music," she told Ben&Ben.
The group of nine-member band couldn't help but squeal with delight.
Miguel Benjamin Guico said:" She was the one who told us that we should work on something together and wow, if it happened someday, it will be a dream."
Gariella Sarmiento Wilson, 23, known as H.E.R., recently won the 63rd Grammy Awards for her song "I Can't Breathe," a song inspired by the uprising against police violence. She also won Grammy's for R&B performance and R&B album in 2019.
Meanwhile, Ben&Ben and Young K of K-Pop group Day6 is set to release a new rendition of "Leaves" on Friday, May 28.
