School of rock actor Kevin Clark has died at 32 in Chicago on Wednesday after being hit by a car while riding his bicycle. He suffered multiple blunt force injuries from the collision and was pronounced dead at 2:04 a.m. at Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
Clark was 12 when he starred in the hit movie with Jack Black.
"The person at fault has not been determined at this time and the crash is under investigation by Area Five Detectives," Chicago Police said in a statement.
School of Rock is a big hit in 2003 and is bout a struggling guitarist Jack Black who becomes a teacher and forms a band with his class.
Black said he was "heartbroken" by the news.
"Devastating news. Kevin is gone. Way too soon. Beautiful soul. So many great memories. Heartbroken. Sending love to his family and the whole School of Rock community."
