Here's how to pay via BDO Pay:
1. Download the BDO Pay app available on Google play store, App Store or Huawei AppGallery
2. Register your account and sign up.
3. Go to Pay, then Pay Bills. Search for PSA Serbills.
4. Input your reference number from PSA, your name, and the total amount.
5. Wait for confirmation.
