Delavin failed to make it to the to the Top 5 round of Miss Universe Philippines competition. Aside from the outpour of love from the people of her hometown in Masbate, undoubtedly Rabiya Mateo is a proud sister for her hard work and effort.
On her Instagram story, Rabiya sent Kisses a message of love and encourage her to never stop for her Miss Universe dream.
"Remember that you did well tonight. Continue to be kind and I'm looking forward to see you join again. Ate Rab loves you!" Rabiya wrote in a caption.
Meanwhile, Miss Universe 2015 title holder Pia Wurtzbach also expressed her admiration for Kisses in a tweet.
"Kisses blossomed into a woman right before our eyes. She nailed that styling!"
