Eating in fast food while you're wearing couture is the ultimate high-low, but for Kris Aquino it was a memorable "first date" with her fiancé, former Interior Secretary Mel Sarmiento.

While holding the title of being the queen of all media, still she have major spots for fast food - and she never afraid to fulfill her cravings, saying, "ang sarap maging normal, regular person."
On Instagram, Kris shared photos of her and Mel as they lack the time to sit down at the table to eat their favorite meal.
"It was more than 3 hrs to get back kaya nag stop sa fast food and it's been years since i've entered that particular brand," she wrote.
Kris explained that they were on their way home from a wedding, where she was one of the sponsors. They decided to stop over at a McDonald's branch in Silang, Cavite after a long tiring trip.
"Parang na tour ko na tour ko na 1/4 of Cavite: our route Tagaytay, Silang, Dasmariñas, Molino Cavite extension through Daang Hari then Alabang, the Skyway and finally naka exit sa BGC," she said.
One of Kris' companion told her in jest that no one dine in fast food restaurant wearing gowns, but the actress/host responded.
"I said walang basagan ng trip."
She also thanked the employees at the fast food for serving her and Mel what she said was a memorable "first date".
