Actor turned entrepreneur Marvin Agustin took to social media and shared his regret over the service they gave to his customers during the holidays. Marvin on his social media post asked for apology, explained that he 'will learn from this' and vow to improve his business.
"I am very sorry to each one of you. Maling-mali na nagpa-overwhelm kami sa mga di inaasahang problema, nagkulang kami sa serbisyo, at hindi namin agad-agad na natugunan ang inyong mga katanungan. At masakit man yung mga nababasa ko, tinatanggap ko lahat kasi talagang nagka-mali ako," said Marvin.
"Sana mabigyan ninyo ako ng pagkakataon maipakita na hindi ko pagkatao ang magbigay ng problema o hirap sa kahit kanino," he added.
Though his explanation is not an excuse after the ordeal, he said that "a series of unfortunate incidents from our kitchen equipment breaking down, a glitch in our ordering system, and last minute cancellation of couriers due to several unforeseen reasons" had affect their service badly.
He said that his team are reaching out his customers who have "terrible inconvenience and an awful experience during the most important and special occasion of the year."
Several unsatisfied customers flooded in the comment section of his social media post after they experienced the unexpected service on Christmas day with one said: "Hi , ganun lang ba? Para d kami magalit e pa bati nalang kami Kay Marvin Agustin sa ginawa nyo nung Dec. 24 na wala kami food dahil umasa kami sa order namin sa inyo? Mr. Ram Kung sayo nangyari iyon tapos sabihen ko e pa bati nalang po namin kayo Kay Marvin Agustin. Nawalan kami ng gana paskong pasko dahil wala kami food dahil umasa kami. At walang nag advise sa amin na d madedeliver order namin . Sana maaga palang tumawag kayo para naka gawa kami ng paraaan."
Other one said: "Yun pig skin napaka-kunat nu'ng dumating sa amin. Malayong-malayo sa advertisement mo. We are very disappointed."
