CHRIS BROWN SUED, ACCUSED OF RAPING A WOMAN

Singer Chris Brown is being sued for allegedly raping a woman during a Florida yacht party.

A woman identified as Jane Doe, a musician, dancer and choreographer filed a $20 million civil lawsuit to the Grammy-winning singer.

She alleged that Brown invited her to meet at Star Island in Miami - the home of Sean Combs, better known as P Diddy - in December 30, 2020. Added that Brown offered her a drink that made her feel "disoriented physically unstable."

The filing says Brown dragged her to a bedroom, removed her clothing, and despite her protests, still he raped her.

Meanwhile, Brown took to Instagram after the news broke.

"I HOPE YALL SEE THIS PATTERN OF [blue cap emoji]," he wrote. The blue cap emoji is used to signify a lie.

In the lawsuit also revealed that Brown phoned her the next day and told her to take an emergency contraceptive pill.

She also allegedly saw Brown twice after the encounter.

"The traumatic events that Plaintiff Jane Doe experienced shocked the conscience and should horrify all of us," says the suit, filed in Los Angeles.

"The time has come to send a message to Defendant Chris Brown that enough is enough.

"According, Plaintiff Jane Doe brings this complaint seeking justice for herself (and also with the hope it may serve as an example for others) who may now or have in the past found themselves at the mercy of Defendant Chris Brown."

The woman did not report the alleged attack to the police because she was embarrassed, according to the lawyer's victim as quoted by TMZ report.
