People are calling the attention of Grabfood company for better protection of its drivers after a viral video of a change-less rider who was beaten defenseless of a furious customer went viral.
The incident has reached the attention of Grab Philippines and they are investigating the incident.
" We appreciate your concern with our delivery-partner Grab is committed to a safer every day for our passengers and drivers. Our designated team is already looking into the incident," Grab said in response to a concerned netizens' appeal for support to the driver.

In a 2-minute video posted on TikTok by a certain @rryelrryel, it shows a furious customer hysterically shouting at a rider for not having change for his PHP1,000 bill until some of her family members tried to cool him down.
The video has since earned over 18K shares with nearly 3 million views.
