Guanzon, who will retire as the poll body's commissioner on February 2 told that she had given Ferolino until noon on Monday, January 31, to release the resolution by the Comelec First Division on the petition to disqualify presidential aspirant Bongbong Marcos from running the presidential polls on May 9.
The 64-year-old Guanzon from Cadiz City, Negros Occidental on Thursday disclosed her vote to disqualifying Marcos Jr. She added that there was a "conspiracy" to delay the release of the resolution on the petitions against the former senator after she leaves office - so that her vote will not be counted.
Guanzon was appointed to the election commission by the late President Benigno Aquino III in 2015.
