Sarah Lahbati took to Instagram and decided to redefine beauty standards by embracing her stretch marks with absolute pride.
"I'm tired of hiding my stretch-marks. I'm not perfect. No one is," she said.
"What's funny is it took me awhile to accept that. My biggest insecurity," she added.
While stretch marks, tiger stripes or whatever you call it, we all know that it is absolutely natural, but still for other woman its super sad. Thankfully, Sarah has already get it through, it kinda feels like now is the ultimate time to reclaim and learn to love her stretch marks.
"To love me fully. To fully accept me. I’ve always been ready to give all of me for my loved ones but never poured that same cup to myself.
"Took me some time to realize that my stretch marks are my best tattoos. A reminder that I am a strong and resilient woman whose been through a lot but most importantly, I’ve given birth to my two dearest sons, Zion and Kai. My angels.
"I am loved, understood & cherished by my husband. I couldn’t ask for anything more," she said.
Sarah told her followers especially women to not be afraid of their body imperfections, instead she remind them that they "are enough and beautiful."
"I’m grateful to be alive, to be loved, messy, and to be fully myself.
"Wouldn’t have it any other way. Took awhile for me to get here. But here I am. Proud.
"Cheers to all of you, women."
