Alexa Ilacad talks about her first love when she started her showbiz career, and she is referring to the former child actor Nash Aguas whom she used to have a "mutual understanding" with during an interview with Karen Davila.
It can be recalled that Ilacad and Aguas were love-team partners, and for a time the two were inseparable. They admitted to having a "mutual understanding," but never became a couple.
Back in 2018, Aguas confirmed that he and Ilacad are ending their love team, NLex.
The actor revealed on Tonight with Boy Abunda that they have agreed on cut off their partnership so that they could achieve their separate goals.
Now the two followed two different journey in life, Aguas go into politics while Ilacad continue on her showbiz career with her growing fandom love team "KDLex". Ilacad and KD Estrada was overwhelmed by the huge outpouring of support months after they exited the Pinoy Big Brother House.
When asked by Karen Davila about her past experienced that truly hurt her. The actress poured out a straight forward answer, and that is about her 'first love'.
"That's part of it po," said Ilacad.
Karen asked: "He was your first love? Nash?"
Ilacad: "Yes"
In a follow-up question if Aguas was the person behind her song 'Paano'.
Ilacad: "Yes".
Ilacad went to say that she forgive Aguas for her own peace.
"We're not friends but I have forgiven him, even if he never really said sorry or asked for forgiveness, but it's okay. I forgave him for my own peace of mind and the peace in my heart," she said.
