Rapper Jumer Galicia, also known as OG Kaybee, was shot and killed by unidentified suspects in Alabang, Muntinlupa on Monday, Feb. 21.
The 32-year-old, resident of Singalong in Malate, Manila was found dead around 8 p.m. after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds.
He was with a fellow rapper and disc jockey when he was gunned down.
According to the initial report, Galicia, together with the two companions went to a clothing store when they were returning to their vehicle, a white van with three unidentified male suspects stopped next to the vehicle and one of them shot Galicia. The suspects immediately fled the scene.
According to Muntinlupa police, Galicia was previously charged with murder and was detained at the Manila City jail in 2013. The charges were dismissed in 2018.
