Elon Musk and Grimes welcomed a second child which they named, Exa Dark Sideræl Musk. The singer accidentally revealed in a wide-ranging interview with Vanity Fair reported on Thursday.
The singer, 33, spoke about the new addition in their family via surrogate amid the report that the pair did semi-separate last year.
Grimes shared that although she broke up with Musk after being together for three years, they had been enjoying a "happy" and "fluid" relationship.
“I would probably refer to him as my boyfriend, but we’re very fluid," she said. "We live in separate houses. We’re best friends. We see each other all the time…. We just have our own thing going on, and I don’t expect other people to understand it." Also, she clarifies that "breakup song," "Player Of Games," was actually about fearing Musk would one day leave her for his notorious ambition of building a society on Mars.
Grimes added that their relationship is "the best it's ever been" and that they "need to be free."
